Human Resources Generalist – Be the Heart of HR

As the HR Generalist, you’ll wear many hats—supporting payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and everything in between. You’ll be the go-to for employee questions, a trusted partner to leadership, and a guardian of company culture. With your knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and HR best practices, you’ll keep operations running smoothly while ensuring our people feel supported, informed, and heard.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Administer payroll and benefits with accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Manage employee records and support HRIS processes in ADP Workforce Now
✅ Assist with onboarding, orientations, and exit interviews
✅ Support compliance with HR laws and regulations (EEOC, OSHA, FMLA, etc.)
✅ Coordinate investigations related to employee concerns or incidents
✅ Help develop and implement policies that reflect best practices and company values
✅ Foster positive employee relations and support performance management initiatives

What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 3+ years of HR generalist or coordinator experience
✔ Experience with ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS system)
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ A level head, a high degree of discretion, and a passion for people
